When will the funds be debited from my account?

 

At Allied Employer Services, we will debit your account 2 days prior to check date for Net Pay. We will debit your account 1 day prior to check date for your payroll taxes. Our fees will be directly debited from your account on the 5th of each month for the payrolls we ran for you in the previous month.

 

How long does it take to set up my payroll?

 

We do not feel it is our clients best interest to rush the set up of payroll. Once we receive all paperwork that we need for input to our system, we will have you ready to run your first payroll in 7-10 business days. This time allows for all ACH payments to be set up correctly for each agency and insures that our clients have a seemless trasition to our service.

 

Does the service cover full tax filing?

 

At Allied Employer Services, we offer complete, accurate and timely tax filing to all of our clients for no additional fee. We believe that managing our client’s payroll taxes is the primary reason for you to outsource your payroll, so we include this service as part of our core offering.

 

Can we begin mid-year or mid-quarter?

 

Yes...we know that changing payroll providers mid-year can be nerve racking for business owners, that's why we are there every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition. We will collect all previous payroll information for an accurate conversion, all you need to do is provide us access to that information and we will do the rest.

 

Will all year-end work be done if it is converted mid-year?

 

Yes...Allied Employer Services assumes all liability for year-end processing and filing of your 940 return, W-2, W-3 and 1099 statements. We understand that processing payroll each pay period is really a step towards year-end tax preparation and filing.


 

Who answers IRS notices?

 

Once Allied Employer Services takes on your payroll, the full responsibility for tax payments and communication with the various tax authorities is on our shoulders.
