Accrual Tracking

Paid time off is easy to track with Allied Employer Services benefit accrual formulas. Together with your Payroll Specialist, you can create and maintain customized benefit accrual formulas that reflect your companies policies. Set up as many formulas as you need: vacation, sick, holiday, personal or any other categories you choose. Formulas can be as complex or as simple as your company policy dictates and can also reflect union requirements.

Then, Allied Employer Services will automatically compute time allowed and taken as well as ongoing balances. Per your request, these balances can appear on employee pay stubs, or exclusively on the reports you receive. Even with the formulas, you retain the flexibility of entering manual balance adjustments.

In addition you can add as many earnings or deduction accumulators to your payroll reports as you need.
